Kit of the Day
I absolutely adore brown and pink together. I think it is such a soft and sophisticated combination that almost everyone looks good in. Barbie Chewning must know what I like because she created the darling new Urban Chic . What beautiful soft colors! I am in love with the flowers in this kit...that background is awesome! I also like the one with the victorian lady silhouettes. The bows are great too! What a pretty and useable kit this is! Imagine the little girls in your life being scrapped in their Friday or Sunday best with these papers and delicate elements! Great job!
Layout of the Day
While I'm on a brown kit, look what I found! Mommy2Talesia created this adorable layout her daughter being Silly T . First of all the photo is hysterical! I love the colors in this layout that bring the photo to the forefront where it should be. Using the strips of patterned paper to create color accents and stitching them is so cute! I love that look. I also love that triangle shaped piece of patterned paper stitched in at the top....what a great piece of visual interest!!!!!
