Kit of the Day
We recently got a set of magnetic words from a credit card company and I think I have as much playing with it as Gracie does. I never got the whole magnetic poetry fad until now. So when I saw the Random Color Collection from Tracy Ann Designs I got really excited. This is such a fun idea. You can create all kinds of fun titles, add highlights to your journaling or do whatever your imagination dictates. I love the tags that come with this kit. They are not your average single color tag. Very cool stuff.
Layout of the Day
As part of my About Me album I want to do pages about my favorite bands, actors etc. Seeing ZoePearn's layout on Deano has inspired me to get to work on that idea. I love the picture she chose of Dean, it is perfect for this title. I really like the stitching right over the photo and the strips of patterned paper with this mostly black layout. Very chic look!!!!

I have a Motley Crue page..actually two pages...already in my AAM. I want people to know what I loved other than my family. I'm going to do ones on my favorite books, songs, movies etc. I'm sure over the years to come that will change too. I've kept a journal since I was 13 and I'm going to look back through there for info from the past...like my Duran Duran/Billy Idol fixation in high school, LOL.

Oh I admit, I am a huge Dino fan myself. Never thought about including this kind of info in my AAM...gave me something to think about :)
