Kit of the Day
I am very blessed to have baby pictures of both of my parents.  It cracks me up to see them as infants and then as toddlers.  My dad in the short pants and glasses at age 3 just cracks me up!  I have yet to scrap them (what a surprise) but I think that Baby Amour from Barbie Chewning would be a really good choice.  The vintage elements in this kit are so darling. Like the jar of baby food!  I can just imagine Grama feeding my mom from that jar!!!  Look at the baby shoes!  Just adorable.  Love this kit!!!

Layout of the Day
Sometimes we get stuck in a scrapping rut.  I know I do all the time.  It is important to stretch ourselves and try new things.  You'll be amazed at what you can do.  HappyRobyn tried a few new things and created this totally adorable layout called Strike a Pose.  The little girl is her MIL and isn't she just the cutest.  I love the colorizing technique she used and I really like the way she angled the main photo and followed that line with the ribbon.  Adding the flowers to the main photo is such a fun touch too!  I just love this layout!  Great job!
